We checked out the ice castle in Spicer last weekend...for about three seconds due to the bitterly cold temperatures (-10 for the high). We literally walked up to it, took a picture and left. The girls thought it was pretty cool though. Erin thought it was a bouncy house. I think she was thinking back to Emmy's 4th birthday party where we had a princess castle jumper. Yes, this is pure ice that we're standing on folks! That's how clear Green Lake is in Spicer. The castle is about 15-20 ft high and is lit up at night.
