Big Sister!

I've been super slow at getting posts on here lately. I have a ton of things to post and plan on doing so later this evening. The reason for being behind is because I have been extremely tired. We found out that Emmy is going to be a big sister in April!! I have been feeling pretty good some days...others not so good. I got a refill on my prescription called Zofran which helps for morning sickness. However, I just can't shake being so tired. I don't remember getting this tired when I was pregnant with Emmy.

I usually just take a Zofran pill when I feel like I'm about to get sick. I have only been taking one per day (sometimes not every day), but recently I have had to take two in one day. One in the morning and one at night. My appetite hasn't been real good so I try to eat more smaller meals throughout the day. However, I get nauseous after I eat every meal.

I am at about 11 weeks right now and our official due date is April 6th, 2010. My next doctor appointment is in a week and a half. We will get to hear the heartbeat for the first time at this visit. Yeah!!

We will be planning a C-Section with this baby. There is a 1% chance of having a uterine rupture if we were to have a natural birth after having a c-section. I know 1% is not very much, but I do not have very good luck. If this were to happen during delivery, it could cause death in myself and the baby. We do not want to take that risk, so we are not planning a natural birth.

So far we will not be finding out the sex of the baby. Brad really wants to find out, but I want to wait. There's nothing like that moment of finding out what it is when it's born...pure excitement!!
