We gave Emmy her presents on the morning of her birthday, July 23rd. She got a Power Wheels 4-Wheeler, a Fisher Price Garage, a Green Eggs and Ham book, a pair of white sandals, and another musical book. She learned how to ride her new car rather quickly. It has one "Go" button. We said press the button and away she went.
She celebrated her birthday with the kids at daycare. I brought treats to share with all of the kids. When we got home from daycare that afternoon, we gave her a special cupcake. She started to only dip her fingers into the chocolate frosting and then she dug in a little farther.
After her cupcake, we gave her a bath and then she enjoyed playing with her new toys!
On Saturday, we had a party with family & friends at our house for Miss Emmy. We had so much fun and Emmy got lots of new toys! Thanks to everyone for making Emmy's first birthday so very special!
